Delivery timing depends on the service purchased and any written statement of work, invoice, order form, or customer agreement. Unless otherwise stated, initial access or onboarding coordination is typically initiated within a reasonable period after payment, account approval, or agreement execution.
Customer requirements
Some services require customer cooperation, including timely provision of required information, system access, security approvals, institutional contacts, data files, configuration decisions, or technical credentials.
Shipping and returns
Because Corveaux provides digital services, there is no physical shipping, shipping charge, physical delivery window, or physical return process.
