Overview
This Cancellation Policy applies to Corveaux subscriptions and future services unless a written customer agreement, order form, or statement of work states otherwise.
How to cancel
Customers may request cancellation by emailing [email protected]. The request should include the customer name, account or invoice reference, and requested cancellation date.
Access after cancellation
Subscription access generally remains active through the end of the current billing term unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or unless access is terminated for nonpayment, security concerns, or breach of terms.
Renewals and future billing
A valid cancellation stops future renewal billing after the effective cancellation date. It does not automatically refund previous charges, completed work, or the current billing term.
Data and offboarding
Where applicable, customers may request reasonable offboarding assistance or data export support subject to the applicable agreement, technical limitations, and any unpaid balances.
